Privacy & cookies

This website does not set cookies. We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count visits. For each visit it records the page, the referring site, the browser and operating system, screen size, language, and approximate location such as country (worked out from your IP address). On this site it also counts clicks on links to apply for or view our rental listings. GoatCounter does not store your IP address, does not set cookies or store anything in your browser, and does not track you across other websites. Its counting script loads from GoatCounter’s server (gc.zgo.at). We do not use advertising tools. See GoatCounter’s privacy policy.

If you close the “Available Now” notice on the homepage, your browser remembers that for the rest of your browsing session so it does not show again. This is stored only on your device, is not a cookie, and is not sent to us.

Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives the standard details that come with any web request, such as your IP address and browser type. See Google’s privacy policy.

The public pages of this website have no forms and do not collect anything you type. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to send.

A separate sign-in page for our staff keeps its sign-in session and work notes in that browser’s own storage. It does not use cookies, and visitors and renters do not use it.

Rental applications and tenant screening are handled by our third-party rental platform, TurboTenant, under its own privacy policy. Personal details such as Social Security numbers are entered on that platform, not on this website.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, ID images, or bank details to us by email.
