Founded in 2016 by Ryan Cruz, NECO Properties started quietly — a handful of homes, not a full-time management firm. Demand changed that.
As costs rose, owners asked about full-time management. That saves the time and money of commuting to and from northeastern Colorado. Management fees pay for themselves fairly easily. We did not stop there.
We partnered with local companies so professional services stay available — and we pass that access on to you. As projects grew, contractors were few and far between. Cabinet work took weeks. Calls went unanswered. Deposits were paid to no-shows.
